server offline after maint...again

ok, can anyone tell why all other servers are online again but our server group [S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S7, S8, S9, S16, S20, S52, S55, S57, S59, DPS1-S3, Joyopark-s6-s8] stays offline? its been like this after maintenance for weeks already...not that fun to spam forum to got it up cause none really checks are servers working or not
