Loading Issues ??

Has anybody else been experiencing some loading issues in the last 24 hours? I've been locked out now for almost 12 hours and unable to load any server at all. I cleared out my cache, flushed dns, tried multiple browsers and the client none of the usual fixes seem to be working... I thought it was my internet but I'm running my other games as usual without any problems any advice other than file a ticket... Already done that just waiting a respond.

well so far I've been locked out for 18 hours and no luck fixing it on my own

Are you having trouble with all servers, or just one? Where in the loading process are you getting stuck?

I'm having issues with all the servers I tried various servers and all gave me the same problem

Having an issue with all servers indicates an issue on your end. I am aware you are not having trouble accessing other things, but the path your connection takes to this game's servers is not the same as any other game.

Turn off your router/modem, reboot your computer, turn the router/modem back on. Sometimes a power cycle is enough to fix some connection issues.

Make sure you do not have the game blocked by your firewall or antivirus program. You could try temporarily disabling your firewall and seeing if you can connect to a server without it, just to rule out any issues there. Do not play the game without your firewall, though.

Try flushing your dns cache. To do this, open CMD (Start -> CMD), then type 'ipconfig /flushdns', restart your browser and try again.

If nothing else works, you may need to contact your ISP and ask them to test your connection to the game, as one of the hops your connection is taking might be down. When calling your ISP, the first person you speak to is not the person you want. You want to be escalated to a higher tier support, so you may need to be persistent.

I have done the power cycle as well as the flush dns earlier unfortunately it didn't change my situation I will review my firewall and antivirus perhaps something changed there over the last 24 hrs thank you for your assistance so far hope we get this sorted out asap

I'm back online got my game working again no idea how or what worked but it's online again

Thank you for the assistance I would like to withdraw the ticket I submitted but I can't find the system email for the ticket no. so it can be passed along as solved
