Rebate cards and first recharge pack

I've already sent a ticket about this issue,providing proof of my purchases and I've been told that soon i will be contacted by someone and get my "goodies". I recharged 40 $ pack and didnt receive my rebate card nor my first recharge pack. Since no one replies to my mail for 5 days now, can any of you mods check and see what is going on? My chars name is S103 Envy btw. Hope I get any reply here at least.
