After some follow-up, with the exception of maintenance on 2/23/17, we have been informed that server group [S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S7, S8, S9, S16, S20, S52, S55, S57, & S59] will be down for the full 4 hours of weekly maintenance, independent of the status of other servers. This means that other servers may go live before said server group.

Please inform us if the downtime exceeds 7:00 EST/4:00 PST.

seriously? do we really need to beg every week after maintenance to get our server back online??? other servers have been up for hour already but ours is still offline. ...i really dont get what those ppl get payed for geez
