Server down again?

I'm from S69 and I'm stuck on the character loading screen failed to connect to server

Compensation is a rare thing in CS. Server was down due to a server error, as is always the case when a server is down.

What kind of problem are you having exactly? Did you disconnect and are not able to log back in?

fail to connect the server, but other servers are both ok, just S13 cant

R2 is aware of the issue with this set of servers. Unfortunately, it can't be fixed remotely so has to wait until the devs are in the office in about 5 hours.

Is anybody else having trouble to log in? I can't even get my character menu to load... I have tried all the usual fixes and nothing has worked so far... any ideas what's going on? I keep getting "failed to connect to server" at the character screen.
