Soul Development New Levels

Does anyone know anything about the new levels in soul and how to get it started? I see it goes to 6000 now, but when you click on one it just says it must be taken to level 5 before you can go to the next soul group. It does not however show what materials are required or needed to increase the levels. Thank you for any info you can pass on.

This is likely the age-old display issue that occasionally gets triggered. Try relogging and see if the max reverts back.
