it happens when the first maintenance comes out..

If you are having trouble accessing the Crystal Saga Website, its because the server that hosts the website is currently undergoing Maintenance. We expect Maintenance to be complete within one to two hours. We apologize for the delay, and hope to be back up soon. (this is what it says on facebook..)

and untill now its so hard to connect in http://cs.r2games.com/

this is the first time it happens so please fix it thanks >.<

The platform is working fine in our end. Try to load the game into another browser and clear the browser's cookies,cache and temporary files.

no andy some players had the same problems so gm quit telling us to clear cache and use other browsers...problems happen always right after the maintenance so if you guys cant handle the game then shut it DOWN!

this is what happen to me and every one.. i already reformat my comp.. and clear cached cookies browser, but still no improvement..

now i can play only a minute or 1 hour.. that sux.. in the past days i can play all day whatever i want..

Not everyone has this issue, which is how they know it's not a server-side issue. As a matter of fact, very few people are having any issues. I haven't had any issues at all outside of the storm that hit my area the other day.

If the connection between you and the server wavers a little bit, you will lose connection to the game and only your ISP can fix that. Contact your ISP, give them the URL you are having problems staying connected to and hound them to fix the problem.
