I think I was banned because: once I was chatting with my friend, I've seen spam bot, i had copied it and joked with my friend, then i was reported advertising a gold selling site in-game. It is not an act deliberate.it's true. My acc has been banned several days ago .I hope to R2 omitted for me and help me and I will learn from experience. I'd like to continue to play this game

R2games takes the gold site spammers very seriously. I do hope you've learned that it's not okay to copy them or joke about being one of them yourself.

I filed ticket but they said : " We regret to inform you that sanctions being implemented can not be lifted. " I discussed profusely my case to them. Pls help me.
