How long it usualy takes xtals to arrive??

I have purchased crystals before and usually takes 2 or less minutes, now for some reason its been a while now and has not arrived, i dont want to waste money so that is why i am asking

That would be depend if your transaction went through to our system.

Well my card balance says i have spent money on here, but still no crystals should i still wait? or File a ticket

Bank might be having issues, call them make sure it went through properly or file a ticket.

On the site for my debit card it says that transaction was successful and how much i paid, its just r2 i am waiting for to get the crystals i have filed a ticket so i guess i will wait...

It normally takes within 30minutes, might be moving a lil slower with the Holiday buying.

If by 12 hours you have yet to receive your Crystals then I suggest filing a Support Ticket so that a GM may assist you with your purchase.
