3 days in a row now cant log in brings me to a weird page

Why does this keep happening 3 days in a row compensate us -
doesn't really do any good to post about it, they'll just say "clear cache.. reset modem.. blah blah blah.. and oh.. use google chrome, which also doesn't work."
