payment for crystal issue

i spent money for vip and crystals for the new christmas deals via ultimate card. i got the vip but i did not receive the 1250 crystals or 625 on another account, the server just reset and i still didnt get them. i would appreciate some help on this issue please and thanks

if u did get the 1k xstal the 250 would be in the $9.99 pack same with the 625

i bought the 1k +250 in 1 purchase then bought the 500 +125 for another account in another purchase and didnt receive either of my purchases i bought them before the server reset and it still hasnt showed up but my ultimate points says it went through
