so last night i have bought two different crystal packages for two different accounts before the server reset to receive the bonus 25% crystals. well, there was a major lag in the system and i didnt get the crystals until earlier today. and since the server reset after i bought my purchase i didnt receiver the bonus crystals either which is the only reason why i spent the money. so can someone help? i also didnt get vault expanders or pack expanders either from the gift box like it says i should
