What's the difference of about the PvP players and PvE players? Who's GOOD and Who's BAD, Who's BETTER and Who's WORST?

I believe there is no bad or good between the two. The only difference is that PvPs are players that like to go after other players and PvE just prefer to play the game.
In short, it all depends on what you like and don't like.
