My Guild member was trading me and this person took the items some how. He knows he did it and won't give them back.

Probably mis-traded and accepted without paying attention. I've done that in several games and even had a guy give me really rare stuff in a older game I played.

It wasnt me that had the problem was a guild member of mine, but it got fixed.
