    You ******** have disabled at least one of my accounts because someone apparently boohooed that its a bot. This account is one of mine that has crystals on it, and earned a spender reward. I expect the damn thing turned back on, my reward delivered, and an apology. Your a bunch of reject **** ups, cant even do a proper maint, fix issues that have been going on long term... but hey make it a priority to ban my damn account cuz you don't like its name? Kiss my ***.

    I'd love to PM this to one of the mods to get it fixed but you rejects cant even fix the damn pm system either.

    It's probably a good thing you can't pm my mods. They are instructed to hit the delete button on profane and insulting messages sent to them.

      Change my tone? You cant be serious? The company that you babysit for, unpaid (stupid), has ripped me off of a couple hundred dollars remaining in crystal and a lot more then that spent. This event alone was 300$ on THAT toon, let alone the 4 others I had on the list. You'd be madder then hell too... So some crybaby reports me because they are too cheap to support this pos game.. and IM banned?

      Yeah, hold your breath on my tone changing. How about the issue gets taken care of? ... and while we're at it, why the hell isn't the crybaby banned 4 good measure. Clearly r2 didn't investigate jack ****.. Its logged daily, in a guild, has items all over in vault AND pack... and oh, yeah, would respond when people talk to it... But helllllllllllll yeah, its a bot. Right?

          How about Ive sent one for each account. How about you fix the issue, forward the information like a good forum babysitter... Or actually be helpful?

          You act like it's unbecoming to be ripped off. Ive spent many hundreds of dollars between just these two accounts and thousands... many thousands overall on this ****. R2 wants respect? Earn it. We're well past earning my money, that's a proven joke..

          Also, as a side note... Maybe, I dunno, you could try understanding why people get upset. R2 pulls stunt after stunt, then you get ripped off yet again? How about... "I understand your frustration, but dial it back a bit' or something. At least some sort of recognition that you too would be mad instead of acting like I shouldn't be. I don't give a hoot that your chief babysitter on the forum, that just illustrates and should hold you to a higher standard. Me? Im a -paying- CUSTOMER. I have every reason to expect what I paid for.

            Fabulous. I'm sure support will be eager to assist you as soon as they are able to, as I am sure you have been equally as charming in your tickets.

            There is a line between being upset about an issue and taking it out on people who have nothing to do with your issue. Treat others as you wish to be treated, as I will treat you in the same manner you are attempting to treat my team.

                Account support is not handled through the forum. You can find people who do have something to do with your issue in the ticket system. Tickets are answered in the order they are received, and may take up to 48 hours, not including weekends.

                If you wish to request your ticket be forwarded, you may ask us to do so, after 48 hours. However, if you decide to continue to treat the moderation team like we somehow owe you something, then all we can do for you is wish you luck. Have a nice day.

                  Its not handled though the ticket system either as evidence by the plethora of "why is support ignoring my tickets, why does support suck, why doesn't support respond? threads .. or why Ive filed ticket after ticket and been waiting since NOVEMBER to have my wedding rings fixed. Paid for level 5 have level 0, Had to get remarried to even have that. Its just ** responses of 'never seen that before... derp derp derp, we'll forward it" and then nothing but ticket closures for months... and I should be honored I even got a response of "never seen that before" as most people who use the ticket system don't even get THAT.

                  Have no fear, my happy lil *** will be right back in 48 hours, and I'll be emailing the **** out right out of support too. I, and many, many others are sick of r2's **. Congrats on your a non-involved, apparently utterly useless, chief babysitter in a rapidly emptying crib. You wonder why people quit? The lovellllly support both in tickets and you and 'your team' and r2's stellar performance.
