Both of you posted during the usual time of maintenance. Are either of you still having trouble logging on? If so, which server(s) are you attempting to access?

new week same issue...it says servers are online but when i get to character screen it says failed to connect to server just like niceguys screenshot

im on s24 tundra and its still doing it

And same as the last round, these posts were made during the presumed maintenance time. There are instances where R2 forgets to switch the server statuses to offline, but mind the weekly maintenance hours. Needless to say I have checked S24 and had no issues logging in.
