hey admins can you please kindly fix my toon
after i request to please get back of my monster handbook quest
i can't log in to play crystal saga because there's something change on my character password it says authorization error but i did'nt change it anyway
i file a ticket on r2 like 4 times but still not responding
what should i do ?

i'll file a new ticket from were you can send about what happen on my toon into my active email
i hope that i can get back to play crystal saga again

The reply to your ticket will go to the email address you put in the 'Email' field of the ticket. The destination of your reply cannot be changed. If you need it sent to a different email, send in a new ticket, and this time in the Email field, put an email address you actually have access to.

see im still able to access this account but can't play because of that somethings change on my character password after i request about getting back of my monster handbook quest
i made my new email for this things to retrieve of my account from r2
can you please send it on my new email
the first email i send ticket on my toon is not active

Generally, if you don't get a response after 3 days, you should let us know. It mentions this on the screen when you submit a ticket.
