    User does not exist

    Hello, I haven't played Crystal Saga in years and now i'm trying to log in with my old account and it's saying 'User does not exist'. Because of this I can't send a support ticket either, as it requires a valid Account name. My username is Gavialis; I made this account just so I could post here.
    Is there any way I can get my account back? Thanks

    Use this account to create a character so that you can send in a ticket. In your ticket, include anything you can remember about your account and character, such the name and server of the character, the email address you think you registered the account under, and so on.
