Well you could state your main problem here at least.
If it's a bug or an error or something in-game related or etc., you could file a ticket. Or some minor problems and maybe our experienced fellow players could help out too.

GMs do visit these threads, and we have a lot of helpful GMs that could help, depending on the situation you're in.

i have filed a number of tickets and im getting the same response to my question all im asking is how long my char is muted for and the reply i am getting everytime is We regret to inform you that we are unable to release any information regarding your query. Please wait until the duration expires. We hope for your understanding. thats not telling me how long im muted for i have a right to know its my char an someone told me the people who have been responding to me one only works on the french cs and the other two are trainee i want a higher GM to answer my question im fed up of being palmed of like i dont matter

an typical once again im being ignored what point in making games if u dont take care of your customers

I agree with you jasmine. There is no point in making a game that goes world wide and not take the proper care to the customers that need the help when they need it. They do not seem like proper Gms to me if they are ignoring you. You should be unmuted just for having to wait and getting the run around

i have been patient since friday night only so long u can get palmed of with some silly reply without actually answering the question right out if they have time to give some silly reply then they can take that time to answer normally

you guys have seriously crossed the line giving info out about my mute case to another player in game but wont give info to me the player who is actually muted like seriously what is up with that
