where can i find solution in stuck up loading page in all browser except safari?

im stuck in loading page after entering my char. i clear my caches and cookies. nothing good. Server 114. -
I have tested S114 and did not encounter any loading issues. If you are still having problems, you can try the following to see if it gets you through:
