Ticket system is functional, but R2 is going through staff adjustments, combined with a holiday period. You will get an automated reply at the 2 week mark, make sure you reply to that so the ticket doesn't close.
If you're having an issue, provide the character name and server used for the ticket, or pm a mod with the email address, and the topic of the ticket, and we can see who's available to look into it. I've been submitting tickets 2 weeks ago until now, yet you haven't replied to any of those. It's about your Exquisite Enchantment Crystal 100% success, yet it fails when I was trying to enchant my immortal weapon to +17. So I was hoping that you could pay attention here to at least noticed about it. I can't wait any longer to get it back or at least have a compensation because I used money to cash in game just to get that Exquisite Enchantment Crystal, and I at least deserved a response.

and I mean if it doesn't say 100% chance of success I would have add Dragon Crystals or another Exquisite Enchantment Crystal just to make it 100%

+17 and +18 do not show as 100% in the enchant window. if i remember correctly, +18 with 1 Exquisite and 3 DC is 87%? But i do agree, with the Poster, the item DOES say 100% I too have experienced a fail going to +18, and it is extremely frustrating because the only way to get this item is to Purchase crystals on purchase points weeks, and the price in points is no small thing either.
