Few hours before reset and server still not on for PVE East servers. Hope we get compensation for this

are all players affected with this issue or only few players? It feels like im getting sick playing where i cant even play properly due to inept services by the company(ill just spare mods since they are working their jobs properly)

Yep, though i think mine is a different issue from the OP of this thread but after choosing my character, the loading sign is stuck at around 90%. And yeah, i am doing all of the tricks i can think of to fix the problem like clearing caches, flushing dns and even got far as using client but all still stuck to 90%. When i used the diagnostic tool,it seems like r2games doesnt send any data during loading(i just sent ticket earlier but 2-3 days waiting is a pain)

The first few hops are your computer through your network, then on to your ISPs network. If you're not even getting to the second, third, or fourth hops, that's a problem either with your router or your ISP. It obviously doesn't mean your internet is down, it could just be it's too slow right now so it's not returning any results. Start by power cycling your router, just to see if that clears things up. Leave it off for 30 full seconds, and then turn it back on and try the game again. If it's still giving you problems, it's likely your ISP is having issues, or is doing some maintenance. If you're still having issues now, since it's been a few hours, and power cycling the router didn't help, you may want to give your ISP a call.
