Crystal Saga In 2020

I was just wondering if this game is still worth playing free-to-play for any reason in 2020 and what the pros and cons of playing Crystal Saga I are compared to playing Crystal Saga II?

Last time I played I was just mainly interested in grinding levels on a newly released server, but I don't even know what the pattern for the server release is anymore, is there one even?

Lastly, I was also wondering what class balance is nowadays or if that's even relevant.

Crystal Saga 2 is more f2p friendly to be honest but Crystal Saga 1 is more alive.
