I know that in the past during maintenance and merging, that inactive players got deleted. I recall reading about that, iirc it was before re-joining the game and long after it had shut-down on another platform.
I am not currently able to log-in because the computer I was using decided to stop working after I shut it off for a few weeks, and I don't currently know when it will be fixed.
It's been about a month since I last logged-on, and I'd rather not lose all my progress due to being kicked for inactivity, especially since I am not choosing to be inactive.
