Coins are a currency that you can buy and it goes in your wallet, and you can use that currency in any game, including to buy crystals. You earn points when making a currency purchase, and points are used to exchange for gift codes.

Now, go to your Order History and look for the one that you are missing. Copy the Order Number. Go to https://www.r2games.com/support and fill out the form to let support know what you need, put the order number in the message box with your character name and server number.
