    didnt recieve first payment pack

    hi, when i log in it say when you top up crystal you a get a first payment pack gryphen for 3 days baby angel ect and i didnt not recieve this can you help? just activated vip and got 800 crystal but no first payment pack

    You have to purchase crystals to qualify for the payment packs. VIP is separate.
