Need support team help asap
okie i sent a ticket in 3 days ago have heard nothing back. this is about a wedding that was paid for with Crystals chapple was booked even said the big anouncment that i had booked the exqusite wedding but we never got the wedding for some reason. the bride & guest was there at the time we should have been
but it would not let us in. we both got the wedding buffs but some reason the game still said we did not book the chapple. if it was just the 50g nab wedding it would be no big deal i would have rebooked but wow this was a 300 crystal wedding.! so that said if support team could hurry up do something would be great cauls in a way i am being forced to stay off my main so the wedding buff does not run out.
