Hi i just bought crystals the 4.99 pack it said completed but i dont have them. i have waited about 4hrs since then to report it thinking it might be a little slow but still none. and i havent gotten the first time payment pack either so can someone plz help me here

First payment can take 12 hours to process through the anti-fraud system. There is a pop up that informs you of this in detail when you attempt to recharge.
