I don't understand how most of the functions work.

I'm new to this and what confuses me the most is how you use items and the inventory. How can you clear your inventory and why am I able to receive objects that I can't use?

To use items click on it in your inventory. To clear your inventory sell items you don't need. For the object you can't use it normal a quest item.
