How to cancel my VIP newgrounds user.

How do I cancel my VIP account so that next month I do not have to pay for it?
I tried using the ticket system but I can not use it because the server that uses newgrounds to play crystal saga does not appear.
Can someone give a page i can cancel my account or an email I can contact?

The ticket system is in the bottom right hand corner (blue link) of the server page. And VIP last for 30-days, unless you added onto it.

How very fun that there are no links to support through the newgrounds portal. I played with links and was able to get to a working ticket portal.

Be logged into the game, enter the url into a separate tab. The link will change to (link broken on purpose) tickets,r2games,com/armorgames_1.php?user_id=[YourID]&username=[YourUsername] (both names were the same for mine).

Open new ticket, select VIP questions. For the Issue field, choose Other. Select your payment method. If you have your transaction number then great, if not then put anything in that box (I use 11111111 myself). Fill out the rest of the fields accordingly (all fields must be filled in).

In the Message portion, include the following:
-Account email address (this is the email address you signed up to NG with)
-Payment email address (the email you used on the checkout screen, even if it's the same as the account email)
-Payment method (yep, redundancy is good)
-Character and server (yep, more redundancy, mostly to save time and let them know you actually mean it for that character)
-Request to cancel VIP

If you include all of that then you should get a notification saying your VIP has been cancelled within 2 days. If you do not get a ticket number after submitting the ticket, please try again using a gmail or yahoo email address in the ticket Email field.

I tried that but it says to please character name. When I try to select character name it says there is no active character on this server, please confirm your server!
I think that link you gave me is from armor games not newgrounds? I tried to put newgrounds but no page appear... I get error page.

Yep, VIP is just a 30-day experience. Once time is up, you go back to a regular player and there is no auto-renew system. So u just lose your $8 buck or so.
