    Problem for purchase crystals

    Hello, i have a question for purchase cristals,

    i had a problem when i tried to purchase some crystal, i had a message
    " the vendor rejected the payment"

    what can i do for that kind of problem ?

    This means that playspan has declined your payment method. You can write to playspan by using their Contact Us link on their webpage- www.playspan.com - and ask if they can let you know the reason for the rejection.

    You can also go to http://store.r2games.com, select the crystal pack you are trying to buy and click Checkout. When the checkout screen appears, click on the x in the corner of that pop up to close it. Select the payment method that shows on the page behind it. Some people find that works for them when the normal checkout doesn't.

    If you still have an issue, send in a ticket to http://tickets.r2games.com and ask for assistance.
