You can get mount upgrade token drops from dungeons. Or from buying them from players who get the drops and no longer need them.

its very hard to drop? they are rare?

You can get stacks of them for free if u come on S1-S3 lol

They are NOT a rare drop at all no. I have probably 3000 in my vault.
