A: No, it doesn't. This was an unexpected issue regarding the server, which is currently being worked on.

This is not a maintenance, this is an unexpected server issue. As stated in one of my Q/A, there is no ETA as of this time.

And as I've already specifically informed you, this is NOT a maintenance. This is an issue with the servers experiencing technical difficulties.
