I cannot understand why events affect the current optional quest like the crystal ladder. I got a lot of spam quest from it and the quartermaster doesn't have them Why not?

I kinda understand what your saying but if you want to lower the amount of optional quest that clog up your quest log then abandon them for theory till you want to do them. Event quest have to use already created/spawned npc's to get from cause it would take to much time to create new ones just for specific events.

Click on the quest tab at the right bottom of your screen or press "T' on your keyboard, from the quest menu highlight the quest that you want to get rid off and click on abandon.

Don't get rid of event quests... save the hard ones for when you get stronger. I did that with the ladder quests for the SS ♥_♥
