        Not a way to exchange Herioc wings for Devine Feather yet but one day there might be. Prices in my server range from 50-75g each. The prices determine on how many Cashers are willing to buy it. Is there any other way to get them via game?

          Oh I thought you could trade them because it doesn't say in the description that it 'Cannot be traded'. You could gift Devine Feathers to other players.
