Ladder run problems

Plzzz give me back my ladder run
I entered the ladder then i invisibled but i did'nt entered then i moved then i click the guard outside the ladder then i see my 1 run gone
Plzzz plzzzz plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz GIVE ME BACK MY 1 and only run in LADDER

Getting disconnected while in ladder isn't fun at all. The only thing you can do is send in a ticket to http://tickets.r2games.com and ask nicely. The chances are they will only explain that getting disconnected while in ladder can result in losing the run, and they might offer you tips for preventing that in the future, though.

Here are a few tips to improving your ladder, Refresh your browser before you go into a ladder, turn off effects (and players) if you know u have issues. If your on a decent party no pets for the 1st 20,30,40 lvls since you guys should be able to zip by them. Also check you computer and turn off any updates around the time you ladder.

Also, use google chrome instead of firefox. I find the game runs much smoother.

Losing a ladder is bad in general but really bad this week cause of the ladder event going on.
