Staff can access the characters, so they have to figure out why you can't access the characters. They can't fix it until they know what's causing it.

Hmm. I already stated an idea on how this occurs. Basically, we can sometimes log in and see our character in a certain specific connection or place. Then later if we try to log in on different connection/place, we dont see our character. I said maybe it has to do with IP thing or connection thing or location thing, I really dont know. But maybe, even a little bit of idea can come out with that observation.......

What I'm hoping is that the mysterious problem will be resolved on its own after maintenance. But, if not, I'm off work the whole day to pester people about it.

Yutuc, you said you were able to log into your characters from another location. Are you still able to do that?

Does anyone else have access to another location to check and see if you're able to log into your character there?

Hmmm. Right now I can access my toon here in my location where I want to play. I dont know if R2 people already did something about it, but what I did on my part is turned my router off overnight to automatically change my IP address. And now, it works xD
