error on support

can any 1 plz tell me how i can send a ticket in two support i keep getting the error over and over and dont have a clue how two do it

I too have not managed raise a gm ticket to chase up none delivery of crystal and packs ? First time payments takes 12hrs not over 36 hours. What's happening?

Please make sure you fill in every field of the ticket.
if even one field is empty it cannot send the ticket.

Also it is possible you are attaching a file which is too big. if that happands it will fail as well.
