Crit Def,AP, AP Def

Me and a few friends trying to find out some info about these numbers. Like does Crit Def counter crit chance 1:1? Same with AP, hoping a old pro has done some number crunching and could give us some info on this.

Crit def reduces damage taken when they do crit, at least going by the help text on the stats. So it doesn't prevent the player from getting crits.

Everyone knows what it is, we all trying to figure out who it works. Ratio's and such. Lust your a idiot, no1 cares what you say, u cheat and own like 20 accounts that dont belong to you. And even with all that i can still 1 hit u without my weapon on....loser lol.

Obviously we'd know what they're meant for. What the question was is how do they work? They give us all of this stuff, but we don't know anything about it other than it's supposed to affect the stats in a certain way. Does Crit Def directly counter Crit Damage? But how so? Percent? It gives nothing. Same with AP and AP Def.

From my understanding damage reduction is calculated separately then pdef or mdef-its been brought up before by other players. so even if it was that way, people would still have chances to crit through the %'s if they are calculated separately as well. how It's all calculated exactly that I'm not sure of. would guess AP, &AP def would be compared to opponents in each hit or chances during some hits as it says, in what ratio manner that i do not know.

When you add bloodpriest tree's tenacity, every skill point gives you 4% crit dmg reduction, if you look at your character stats, the crit defnumber also goes up by 10

its likely that's the conversion rate but whether or not it actually is programmed correctly and not a typo bc maybe r2 decided to change the number is another issue...
