Okay, so for the starter pack level 10, 20. I also got another one at level 26 something about leveling pack....
But anyways i go to my inventory and double click on them and it says i have open the starter pack xxxxx, but when i go to my inventory nothing new shows up there. And the pack is gone.... so i dont know if this is a bug or theres something im not doing to get the stuff inside the packs?
