if you want "the not delivered goods" you can visit ticket.r2games.com < copy this link then paste it.> choose and option > payment question > fill in the one you choose of the payment then in subcategory you fill in "undelivered goods" enter transaction/order number, then fill in payment email (optional < you can fill in this if your payment using email) and fill in others "need to fill in" and using attachment if you have any screeenshot or any evidence. then click on submit ticket. < you will get "ticket number" < keep this number. remember DON'T LOSE THIS NUMBER UNTIL YOUR "GOODS" DELIVERED TO YOU then you may get it on 1-2 days
