If you would like to suggest that they make the confirmation box bigger when clicking on Delete in the pet panel, you are more than welcome to in the Suggestions & Feedback section. There is a confirmation box there to prevent accidental deletion of valuable items.

I'm very sorry about your pet. If you'd like me to pass along your ticket to one of the people who supervise the GMs so they can tell that mistakenly deleted items will not be returned, I would be more than happy to.

I do not want them to make the deletion pop up & click button any bigger than what itis already because it can still be misclicked, i would like them to put where a player could delete by password of own choice...

Sorry to hear about this. It's so fustrating, when you have a "really" special pet, then you delete it, by mistake. And anyways I beleive you.

Is there any GM out there who would like to comment on my thread and give us anymore excuses as to why you will not return my pet for ur defected flaw in game? i would like that instead of sitting back and not saying anything because you can't because players are more right than what you are, you don't like being outsmarted and take the blame for anything if it had a mouth it would of bit you.

I would very much appreciate it if someone else could handle my case and not adonis paul and cherry because they say the same thing constantly and have nothing better to say, is that what they get taught in customer service?

see this just goes to prove that R2 do CAN return ur FL. Seriously I dont see what R2s problem is! All you are asking for is ur pet to be returned! Its not like ur asking for something you didnt have or for more!! Kinda makes me want to quit this damn game and find something better to do with my time! r2 are telling me that they are not going to deal with this regarding me & that they have dealt with alot of players like me threatening them with quitting if they do not get compensated for it and that they do not give players special treatment paying player or not..i said to them on this thread that alot of players have told me that you have and that i get accused of accusing when i was stating facts, when they broke their own rule. I would like a better customer service team one that can handle my case properly and not just be pushed to the side and i get all the blame for what they could have better prevented for alot of players paying or not.

This is just one way you get players to put money into your pockets and it's not right there is no customer service help and all the players get the blame, not you and you cannot even meet players half way on any of this and or other stuff regarding your defects and flaws which could have better security measures than this to give players that safeguard they are needing and looking for.

and oh btw .. I had a friend back on a new server she was top on ranks but she got in a fight with her BF .. her BF deleted his toon with FireLord .. a few days later
his character was there with the same level same honor and with the Firelord .. yah sucks .. special treatment ..
