HELP! Characters Gone!

When I log in through the google chrome app as usual, instead of getting my character list, I the character creation screen as if I have no character. I tried to submit a ticket, but no characters come up on the drop down list. I have 2 characters on the Empyrean Acropolis server, one named Laron (Mage, 32) and the other named Idril (Priest, 37). I played this morning, but just now when I tried to log in, I can not get to my characters that I have spent money on as recently as yesterday. Please fix this, the login is R211328611

Nevermind, I think a couple different gmail accounts got mixed up somewhere along the lines.
