Cancel VIP question

Hello,
I just want to know if I already press the "cancel" subscription button on the account VIP state,did I also have to file a ticket? One reason because when I want to file a ticket,it say "you can now cancel your VIP from Account > VIP state > cancel without file a ticket".But this is my first VIP so I still doubt about things around.Really need help here.OH and I paying my VIP using visa.Thanks...

If you press the Cancel button then a ticket is not needed.
