missing crystal

I put a ticket in yesterday no response as usual . i tried upgrading bag yesterday 2 times and got no upgrade minus 350 crystal. ? i looked at crystal count this morning it was 211 last night this morning its 128 ? its nice u guys take my money and my crystals and i get nothing!
I have also never received the first time buyers pack when i got crystals last sunday! can i get some help here ?

update- u guys need to fix the damn game! the missing crystal overnight i found it costs crystal to upgrade the damn goddess blessing it doesnt tell u it is charging you crystal to upgrade blessing level. for **** sake between the crapping success rate on upgrades and the game not letting u know its taping your real money pile this is starting to really make me angry !

It clearly states how many crystals each goddess blessing upgrade will cost when you hover over each blessing.

Did you send in a ticket about the missing first payment pack yet? If so, please provide the ticket number.

The goddess blessing does state in the description for each blessing how much crystal it is going to cost.

ok heres the deal its really not obvious on the goddess blessing its charging u. burned several hundred crystal on this wasted skill that imo is worthless.

i also as i mentioned above in game i did it 2 times -to expand my pack cost 350 crystal result no expansion in bag. i mean why link it in bag if it doesnt work or its a bug ? make it store only in meantime im out crystal and an unhappy camper

File a ticket about the pack expander issue. Then grab all of your ticket numbers for everything you've listed in this thread and post them so I can ask about them.

heres first time buyer ticket had to resubmit cant find ticket numbers 168781. 168789 for missing pack expanders. dpont know why i have no emails about this.

still nothing this is going on a month now why is there minimal if any customer support. if your gonna take peoples money u should support issues with said funds!

from what ive seen they do eventually help you just need to be patient

i know its hard and frustrating when youve spent real cash and got nothing to show for it believe me ive been through it myself, just take a breath and things will come good EVENTUALLY lol

R2 do take a lot of time doing things i just hope its because they are doing it right first time so they dont have to do it again and again

it literally would take 5 minutes to give me back my 175X2 crystal and send me a first recharge pack why this is going past a month now is beyond me ive been extremly patient with this.

memory its not just missing renewal pack i twice tried to click on pack expander. the game took my crystal and i got no expansion ? frankly only thing i got out of my buy was goddess upgrades which to me is worthless for the most part.
