Crystal Doubt !!!

My brother purchased Few Crystals for the bonus that gives now with the pack yersterday but he still didn´t got the crystal just becouse i wanted to be sure that he did it well so i purchased myself too but to none of us the crystals come.

There is a time that you have to w8, i asked in game and someone say that you have to wait 3 days to get your crystals, is taht true becouse its the first game where i try to get something and they tell me i can only get it in 3 days even if i alreaady payed for it.
