Hi, recently I had a few items go missing from my vault. I did not use them, nor sell them or drop them. I wrote a number of tickets about this yet I received no real help. My issue is that these were items that I can no longer purchase because they were only available for a limited time. I made a number of offers and inquiries requesting if I could have my items replaced , or even pay to purchase them again, yet received no reply whatsoever. I want these items back, even if I have to pay for them again. Please help!
