yeah sure its DNS problem 
first time i heard that people cant get in to your site it was such a goodnews
but why DNS problem? lets just say that you got DDoS attack and your sites fell to the void because you are greedy enough to keep those money and not spending it for better hosting and maybe get some protection service, no im not telling you should buy those i dont want you to get those so in advance your site will be down again.. lets say for a week because you can keep people calm with your cheap hosting site thing with some virtual item from the game anyway that you are not spend money to type the command to give an item to everyone neither using much of your energy
