No Crystals from VIP...

Anyone else not getting their crystals with their VIP?? I was supposed to get mine this afternoon, never received them. Figured Id wait til morning to send in a ticket, but my husband under his account was supposed to get his days ago.. He has put in a ticket, and its getting "investigated".. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issues or if we just suck

no i bought vip 3 days ago and xtals still waiting for both to turn up.only problem i have is i cant file a dam ticket as it saying i dont have a toon

I did not do vip, but i bought 500 crystal 45 minutes ago and it is still not here. I play on joyopark as well and we always get our crystals within 20 minutes so this is starting to become unacceptable.

Well what I do know is if it isn't in my account by tomorrow I will
be requesting a refund...Ugh which means I will have to go back to the dead joyopark site ugh
