My toon stuck at 50%

I need help about this problem, I entered chamber of fate and it loads stuck up at 50%. I open another acc. and my toon is only. But the only one I can see in my browser is that sh** 50%. It stuck almost a day, hope someone from r2games would fix it. Thanks! More Power.
